Developmental Services are a combination of rehabilitative therapists and support services for adults and children who have been assessed and diagnosed as having a chronic developmental disability that appears before the age of 22 and is attributable to an impairment such as:

-
Intellectual disability
-
Cerebral Palsy
-
Epilepsy
-
Autism Spectrum
-
Other closely related or similar condition.
These impairments must result in functional limitations in self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, mobility, self-direction, capacity for independent living or economic self-sufficiency.
The purpose of developmental services is to teach individuals with developmental disabilities the skills to adapt to their daily life and gain the highest level of independence they can achieve.
ProActive Behavioral Health offers both Center and Community Based services to adults and children with developmental disabilities.
*Funding for these programs is offered through Medicaid and private payment
